Togo : Union Togolaise de Banque loses final arbitration in Abidjan
The Togolese bank, which had racked up financial difficulties before being bailed out by the state in 2024, is now required to pay the amount ordered by the judgment in TMI’s favour — more than the CFA 537m (€818,651) that was allegedly embezzled.
